eCare is an online tool that will provide our customers with secure access to their account, billing and electricity usage information. Once registered for eCare, you will be able to do the following:

• Register for paperless billing (e-billing),
• View your usage, billing and payment history,
• Analyze and compare current bills against previous ones,
• Compare your electricity usage to the average electricity usage on your street or in the City of Welland,
• Create an energy profile to determine what items in your home / business account for the most electricity usage,
• Make credit card payments on your account,
• Notify us that you are moving,
• Access and complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan form, and
• View your electricity rates.

How To Register for eCare

Before beginning the registration process, please make sure you have a copy of your recent hydro bill. You will need information from your hydro bill in order to register for eCare.

1. Click the New eCare User button (below) to get started!
2. Fill out all of the required fields on the registration form. You will need your account number and meter number from a recent copy of your hydro bill. A valid email address is also required.
3. Click the Register button.
4. If all of the information was entered correctly, you will be logged into your account.
